General Instructions (it is Common to all the Categories)

Request may be submitted in prescribed application form. Students can obtain the application and bank challan from the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU or from the nearest Study Centre

Fill-in the columns carefully without leaving any column blank

Pay the prescribed fee in the SBM/SBI and keep one copy of the challan with you and enclose the other copy to the application

How to get the Duplicate Marks Card

Collect the prescribed Affidavit matter from the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU or from the nearest Study Centre and submit it on a Stamp Paper of Rs.20/- duly sworn before Notary or Magistrate

Fee for issue of a Duplicate Marks Card is Rs.180/-. A Search Charge of Rs.30/- is to be paid for the delay of each year

Submit your application to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, along with Affidavit and bank challan.

How to get the Consolidated Marks Card

Enclose all the original Marks Cards.

Fee for issue of a Consolidated Marks Card is Rs.140/-. A Search Charge of Rs.30/- is to be paid for the delay of each year

Submit your application to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, along with bank challan and original Marks Cards.

How to get the Migration Certificate

Enclose the copies of marks cards/certificates of qualifying examinations

Enclose the No Due Certificates obtained from the Account section and Library.

Fee for issue of a Migration Certificate is Rs.180/-. A Search of Charge Rs.30/- is to be paid from the course for the delay of each year

Submit your application to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, along with the bank challan copies of Marks Cards/certificates and original No Due Certificates.

How to get the Provisional Pass Certificate

Enclose the copies of the marks cards of all the examinations passed.

Fee for issue of a Provisional Pass Certificate is Rs.180/-.

Submit your application to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, along with bank challan and copies of the marks cards of all the examinations passed.

Note: Provisional pass certificate is issued until the degree certificate are issued.

How to clear the NCL in Marks Cards (NCL: Not Complete the Lower Examination)

Request may be submitted in a plain paper address to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU for the issue of revised marks card without NCL marking.

Enclose all original marks cards of qualifying examinations passed and the marks cards where in the NCL is marked

Fee Nil

Submit your application to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, along with original marks cards and the marks cards where in NCL is marked.

How to get the Degree/Diploma Certificate

Enclose copies of all the marks cards of the qualifying examination passed

Affix One Photograph on the application and attach the another photograph in a cover

Fee for issue of a Degree Certificate other than M. Phil., Ph.D.,

  i)

In person in the same year

: Rs. 450-00 (Masters Degree/Medal/Prize Winners)
ii)

Surcharge for the delay of each year

: Rs. 25-00
iii)

In absentia

: Rs. 500-00 (All Other Candidates)
iv)

Surcharge for the delay of each year

: Rs. 25-00

M. Phil., Ph.D.,
 

v)

In person in the same year

: Rs. 600-00
  vi)

In absentia  

: Rs. 650-00
vii)

Diploma Certificates     

: Rs. 350-00
viii)

Surcharge for the delay of each year

: Rs. 25-00

Note: The Application form for the Degree Certificate will be sent only after the Convocation notification is issued by the Registrar, KSOU, Mysore.

Diploma Students can obtain the certificates after the successful completion of the Examination.

Students who wish to obtain the degree certificate may send their fill in application along with the fee paid challan to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, Mysore.

Revaluation / Re-totaling / Paper Seeing

Prescribed application form is available with the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU and the Study Centers. This provision is open for undergraduates programmes only (B.A., B.Com., B.Ed., Certificates Course in Kannada and Post PUC Diploma in Kannada, Diploma in Journalism).

The Post graduates can avail only the re-totaling facility (M.A., M.Com., M.Ed., MBA and PG Diplomas.

The Students can apply for the above facility within 10 days after they receive the Marks Card or within 15 days from the posting of the Marks Card from KSOU whichever is earlier.


Fee Structure

Revaluation                : Rs. 300-00 per Paper
Paper Seeing            : Rs. 60-00 per Paper
Re-totaling                 : Rs. 60-00 per Paper
Application Fee         : Rs. 20-00 Compulsory for all the above specification

Note: Students who wants the above certificate by post shall sent their requisition for getting prescribed application form and bank challan to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, Mysore.
